  1. There are many methods to have the right kind of payment policy for each company. To me, the most important and basic aspects to take in account when it comes to paying employees according classifications are: the skills and the knowledge.
    When it comes to wanting better results the thing to do is to create incentives that you know will motivate you employees, so it's important to also know your employees, because what the other company employees could need, or want might not be the same as yours. Also this a very important point when you want quality staff, because if your employees don't have incentives they are probably going to look somewhere else where they can get more for their efforts.

  2. The video was very interesting because I learned the different methods of compensations and benefits. And this topic is pretty important in an organization in those time because we want to get the best performance of our employees, and if we don’t motivate them it will very hard to get it. Also is indispensable for the organization to be equal with the workers because for example if someone is getting more benefits than what it is supposed to be, others will get mad and it will cause anger within the company, and thats something we want to avoid. Companies also have to compete in the working market, if we want to hold this employees that we have trained and invested, we have to compete, we have to pay a better market rate than other companies, because is a big problem when we have a high rotation of employees.
