What  must  an  organization have  to offer to retain me?

Well if you want to retain your employees the first thing you need to know is that they have needs, so you need to understand them, give them a good workplace where they can progress and you have to motivate them, not only with money but also experiences or a gift, there are companies that give their employees education for their children, heath care, a house, and those things motivate employees a lot because those things are so basic and important for them that they will feel so grateful and fair full to the company that they will give their best and of course they will have a bond in there. Also to retain a worker you can give them incentives like bonuses, pension plan, merit plans,etc. That way you can retain you employees.

  2. Managers should implement different types of rewards besides money, not everyone is motivated by a monetary benefit. Managers should find a way to encourage their workers to do a better job by giving incentives that will truly motivate them, they could even get to an agreement to choose a desired reward keeping in mind the area of the worker. Work groups' rewards should be addressed as a whole, giving each member of the group the same benefits preventing inner fragmentation within the group and avoiding a feeling of superiority/inferiority.
